The wall studs that went in behind the space for the new washer and dryer look great, and deceptively easy. In actuality, niches needed to be carved out of each stud for the water line, the gas line, etc. The previous contractors had just used about 20 pieces of wood, which may be a little less than stable. Not anymore!!
